For this Windows we are using different kind of furniture ( ASSA and IPA). With this furniture it’s possible to lift opening part up to 180 ° and fix it that way. They are coomon used in houses by see or where is windy weather , opening part is pressed by wind to the frame and it makes perfect seeling (LOGHMAN, DEVENTER) and provides low air permeability. With this system it’s easy to open window without taking staff from the sill.
